Synq Wellness Giveaway
Official Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
This giveaway is organised by Synq Wellness, an Ontario-based women's wellness brand ("Synq Wellness", "we", "us" or "our").
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 17 October 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and closes on 18 October 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to eligible residents of Canada who meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Employees, representatives and immediate family members of Synq Wellness and any participating giveaway partners may be excluded from entering.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter through the official Synq Wellness giveaway landing page by submitting the required entry information during the giveaway period.
Only eligible entries received before the closing date and time will be considered.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Any alternative method of entry, if applicable, will be described in the final contest rules.
5. Prize
One winner will receive the following prize package:
- One annual Synq Wellness membership valued at $216 CAD.
- One $300 CAD gift card to be used towards a wellness experience in Toronto.
The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $516 CAD.
The wellness gift card will be subject to the issuing provider's terms, including any applicable booking requirements, expiry dates or redemption restrictions.
The annual Synq Wellness membership is subject to the platform's applicable membership terms.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The draw will take place on 23 October 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.
7. Winner Notification and Response
The selected winner will be contacted directly by email on 23 October 2026, using the email address provided at entry.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification email to confirm acceptance and arrange redemption of the prize.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize, Synq Wellness reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to verify their eligibility before the prize is awarded.
8. Prize Redemption
Synq Wellness will provide the confirmed winner with instructions for redeeming the annual membership and wellness gift card.
The winner is responsible for complying with the applicable redemption terms provided by Synq Wellness and the gift card issuer.
The prize will be awarded without requiring the winner to purchase any additional products or services from Synq Wellness.
9. Privacy and Email Communications
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Synq Wellness Privacy Policy, available at synqwellness.co.
Information provided for entry administration will be used to manage the giveaway, contact the selected winner and arrange prize delivery.
Where participants separately consent to receive marketing communications, Synq Wellness may send emails about women's health, wellness content, platform updates and special offers.
Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism included in marketing emails.

10. General Conditions
Synq Wellness reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the administration of the giveaway, Synq Wellness may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
If the giveaway is promoted on Instagram, participants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility relating to the giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
